Biliran Island is a province located between Northern Leyte and Eastern Samar.
There are eight towns in Biliran: Kawayan, Almeria, Naval, Biliran, Culaba, Caibiran, Cabucgayan, Maripipi, and Naval. Naval as the capital town.
