Maidenhead is in the East of the county of Berkshire in the UK. It's about 25 miles West of London and is on the River Thames. It's also served by the M4 motorway running West out of London. Maidenhead's population is around 60000 and it is home to offices belonging to many high-tech companies. There are several pretty villages close by and the town itself has a large shopping centre.
