Westbury is a town north west of Salisbury Plain, where the A350 road leads north where at Yarnbrook forks
north west on the A363 to  Trowbridge, before continuing north to  Melksham.
South of Westbury, the A350 leads to  Warminster via  Upton Scudamore.
The southern boundary of Westbury parish, with Upton Scudamore encloses Chalford and Westbury Leigh
which have become suburbs of Westbury.
The parish of Dilton Marsh separates Westbury from the county boundary with  Somerset's Mendips,
where the B3099 road leads to  Beckington after joining the A36 road from  Chapmanslade
to the south of Dilton Marsh, also represented by this category.
There is a white horse carved in to Westbury Hill to the west
of the town, just over the parish boundary with  Bratton.
