Mary Cassatt was an American artist, well-known in the Impressionist movement. She was born in Allegheny City (now Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania on May 22, 1844, and died in Le Mesnil-Theribus, Departement de l'Oise, Picardie, France on Jun 14, 1926.
