Band formed in 2003, made up of guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott and drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott (both ex-Pantera), frontman and guitarist Patrick Lachman, and bassist Bob "Zilla" Kakaha.
"Dimebag" Darrell was shot and killed on stage at the start of a show in Columbus, Ohio on 8 December 2004.
