Chanting is an ancient tradition practiced usually by monks in places like Tibet, Mongolia and India. It is believed to have a calming effect on the mind as well as having healing effect on any part of the body and also is a method of chakra balancing.

Harmony Chanting consists of dual or multiple notes being sounded at once to produce a given effect. It is sometimes referred to as throat singing or chanting.
