French Bulldogs are a medium sized, smooth coated breed suited to apartment or suburban living. While small in stature, they maintain all of a much larger breed's bravery, with a dash of typical Bull breed stubbornness. Affectionate, intelligent and always amusing, they have been bred exclusively as pets and companions, and do well with both gentle children and the elderly. They have unique health concerns, so prospective owners are advised to do their home work before purchasing.
