Bude is a seaside town and surfing resort, at the mouth of the River Neet (aka Strat) in north east Cornwall.
It is within the parish of Bude-Stratton, having a combined population around 9,200, with its own category
at  Stratton, which also represents neighbouring rural parishes inland to the east.
Marhamchurch parish is directly south, then Poundstock represented by the  Widemouth Bay category.
This category includes websites for settlements of Flexbury, the Northcotts and Poughill, north of
the town, but those for over the boundary in  Kilkhampton parish.
