District Council websites are listed in the appropriate ceremonial county category, whereas town councils and parish councils
as are listed in the appropriate  locality category.
Because of the number of parishes, these are restricted to one locality listing only.
These can be seen in the  Regional Tree View  as either under the topic Government or
Guides and Directories, depending on their content.
Where the content of a Parish Council site for villages, is more of a community nature, they may have the  Society and Culture topic.
