Wallasey is the major conurbation to the north of  Birkenhead on the Wirral Peninsula, across the mouth of the Mersey from  Bootle.
The Kingsway Tunnel, served by the M53, to the south of Wallasey, has its entrance at Seacombe,
under the Mersey to  Liverpool.
To the west, is  Moreton, north of the M53.
New Brighton represents the northern tip of the Wirral Peninsula.
Although websites for Seacombe are listed here, those for Poulton inland on the north bank
of the west float dock are listed with those for Birkenhead.
