Misson is the most northern parish of Nottinghamshire, with the village of Misson on the north bank of the River Idle.
On the south bank of the Idle, the Bassetlaw parishes of  Misterton is the directly south east, Scaftworth directly south west,
and Everton directly south which stretches south to be crossed by the A631 road, before
meeting the north bank of the River Idle in one of its loops.
Although websites for this area may be included here, those further south west, such as Scrooby should be listed in the  Harworth category.
The boundary of the  Doncaster Borough of South Yorkshire is directly west at  Finningley (Robon Hood Airport), then Auterfield and  Bawtry further south.
