Inglesham is a north Swindon Council parish, directly south of  Lechlade-on-Thames linked by Ha'penny Bridge,
where the A361 takes road traffic south through the village of Upper Inglesham to  Highworth,
which represents Hannington parish to the south west.
The River Thames forms the western boundary from  Castle Eaton, with Kempsford in Gloucestershire's  Cotswold District.
To the north east, the boundary falls short of the A417 bridging the Thames from Lechlade to  Buscot.
The River Cole forms the eastern unitary authority boundary with Oxfordshire.
