This category lists websites for both Great and Little Somerford, Wiltshire parishes respectively
south and north of the River Avon, south east of  Malmesbury, and north of the M4 motorway.
Great Somerford village is on the south bank of the River Avon, served on by minor roads.
The Avon is the eastern parish boundary, where it is bridged to  Daunstey, by a minor road
giving access to  Lyneham further south east.
Another minor road leads south to Lower Seagry, then Upper Seagry, in the parish of  Seagry.
North of Upper Seagry, the hamlet of Startley is in Great Somerford parish, before the land drops
to Gabriel's Well and the hamlet of Rodbourne Bottom, where two minor roads are bridged
by the railway, in to the village of Rodbourne, in  Corston parish to the north west.
The northern parish boundary with Little Somerford meanders with the River Avon, which is
bridged by a minor road directly north of Great Somerford village.
The road leads under the railway, before Little Somerford village.
North of this village, the B4042 takes road traffic from Malmesmbury at Burton Hill, to  Brinkworth.
Lea and Cleverton are directly north of the B4042.
