Jury duty is an important part of a citizen's relationship with society, and is the means by which a citizen actively participates in the legal system. This category includes information relating to jury duty, including arguments for "jury nullification" (where a jury acquits a defendant charged under a law they find to be "unjust"), and jury reforms, such as allowing jurors to take notes or to discuss the case they are deciding prior to its conclusions.
