An Internet forum is any web site medium that allows for the publicly viewable interactive exchange of ideas between two or more parties. These mediums include bulletin boards, updated web pages, voice chat and live chat boards. For the purposes of this category the subjects shall be limited to discussion and debate of prophetic issues as the main topic.
