Usenet, or Netnews, is a world-wide distributed discussion system. Traditional access to newsgroups, or discussion fora, requires newsreader software and access to a newsserver. Many ISPs provide access to a newsserver as part of their service package. This category provides general information about the adult-oriented part of Usenet. This category lists sites which provide a adult-oriented news access. Traditional access to adult-oriented newsgroups requires newsreader software and access to a newsserver. Non-traditional access to adult-oriented newsgroups does not require accessing a newsserver via newsreader software utilizing NNTP protocol. Sites in this category allow you to access adult-oriented newsgroups, via traditional (software utilizing the NNTP protocol) and/or non-traditional means (a web browser or other viewers).
