The architecture of buildings designed for worship of a non-Christian god or gods, excluding Jewish temples (synagogues).
Pagodas
Chinese or Japanese Buddhist temple tower, usually a tiered structure of several storeys. It is called in Chinese a t'a and in Japanese a shoro if it served as a bell-tower, or a tahoto if it has a single room with an elaborate superstructure.
