Chuck Norris, known mostly for his acting, was born on March 10, 1940 in Ryan, Oklahoma, and was named Carlos Ray Norris. He died March 19, 2026 of undisclosed causes at age 86. He starred in many action and martial arts movies, was the lead in "Walker,Texas Ranger" on TV from 1993 to 2001. He also wrote a number of books about martial arts, self-help, conservative politics, and Christianity.
