A daytime drama set in the fictional town of Pine Valley, Pennsylvania. Its most memorable character was Erica Kane, the quintessential "soap opera b**ch", played by Susan Lucci.

After more than 40 years on-air, the show was cancelled by ABC and last aired in September 2011. Arrangements to continue the show online fell through.
