Lists sites for businesses that primarily manufacture handling equipment for bulk materials, or provide associated parts or service. Bulk materials are unprocessed, such as minerals or raw foodstuffs, handled in large quantities that do not have a specific shape.
Please ensure you have read the materials handling submission guidelines before submitting.

Sites related to equipment which alters the nature or condition of batches of materials, rather than just transporting it, should be submitted within Machinery_and_Tools/Process_Equipment.

Lists sites for businesses that primarily supply bulk materials handling equipment manufactured by another business, or offer a combination of equipment supply, system design, and consultancy services. Businesses that are primarily manufacturers or equipment are not listed here, although integrators may undertake some engineering work as part of an installation process.
Please ensure you have read the materials handling submission guidelines before submitting.

Regional distributors, particularly those distributing products of businesses already listed in the directory, should not be submitted here - they should be submitted to the appropriate local category within Regional.

Lists sites for businesses that primarily manufacture pneumatic conveying equipment, or associated parts and service. Pneumatic conveying is a materials handling method in which bulk materials, regardless of particle size and shape, are forced along a pipeline by flow of a gas (air in most cases). The particles can be conveyed in suspended state (dilute phase) or "plug" or "slug" state (or dense phase) or in some cases it is also achieved in so called semi dense phase conveying. Pneumatic conveying is also (but rarely) called pneumotransport, although pneumotransport is sometimes applied to pneumatic capsule pipelines. Manufacturers commonly offer both dilute and dense phase based systems. Pneumatic conveying components may include rotary airlocks, diverter valves, conveying eductors (also called venturi), double dump valves and pressure vessels. Sites related to directly associated storage and handling equipment, which form part of a pneumatic conveying system, are also may be listed here.
Only sites that are focused on pneumatic conveying should be submitted here. Businesses that offer pumps and other fluid or gas equipment which can be applied to a range of applications should consider submitting within Manufacturing/Fluid_and_Gas_Control.
Lists sites for businesses that primarily manufacture equipment used to hold bulk materials until they are required for another purpose, or provide associated parts and service. Equipment includes items such as silos. Sites related to dust control equipment are listed here if they relate only to bulk materials handling in general. Similar equipment for wider application is listed within Air_Quality or Manufacturing.
