The Business Transformation category is a directory of resource sites pertaining to the planned reframing, redesign, restructuring, revitalization and renewal of organizations. This directory will include coverage for a broad range of theories, applications and resources related to business and organizational transformation including: Reengineering; Reorganization and Organizational Design; Organizational Improvement; Process Improvement & Organizational/Process Mapping; Performance Measurement (including Balanced Scorecard, Efficiency/Effectiveness); Total Quality Management; and other related topics.
Before you submit your site please take the time to look around the category to ensure that your site is appropriate to this category. And also be sure to review the general guidelines.

The editors reserve the right not to list your site, and to delete it after its addition. Multiple submissions may be considered when appropriate (for example, a site that contains valuable resources pertinent to multiple subcategories) but "spam-like" attempts, especially to inappropriate categories, will not be tolerated. Please, submit only to those categories most appropriate to the content of your site.

Please make your site description as concise as possible. Avoid using terms or descriptions like: "Welcome to"; "Website of the"; "World Wide Web Site of"; "a Business Transformation site" (obviously!); "dedicated to"; "best product"; "must visit", etc. Also your site description should not contain exact repetitions of the site title, keyword listings, contact information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.), nor should it contain "marketing slogans" or information intended to mislead intended visitors.

Listings in this area should cover BROAD areas of the "business transformation" field -- overview sites in other words. Sites covering small, specific subfields will go in their own category or, if no category exists, to the Business_Transformation level.
