Any submissions to this category must have a framework component that is not solely in itself a Content Management System and can be expanded to various types of sites such as a Weblog or CMS.

This category is for Ruby on Rails (RoR), and all derivitives, spin-offs, related software, etc. RoR is a full stack, Web application framework, optimized for programmer happiness and sustainable productivity. It is written fully in Ruby, and allows writing sound code by favoring convention over configuration. It is Open Source, with an MIT license.
