It is the toolkit for the Common Desktop Environment and was thus the standard toolkit for Unix.

Qt is a cross-platform C++ GUI application development framework. Qt simplifies the task of writing and maintaining GUI (graphical user interface) applications. Qt is written in C++ and is fully object-oriented. It consists of a C++ class library shipped in source code, a collection of extension modules (including XML, Network, Database and OpenGL) and three development tools Qt Designer (visual GUI design), Qt Linguist (internationalization) and Qt Assistant (online help).

Currently the Unix/Linux version is freely available, the version for Microsoft Windows is supported commercially.
Please only submit sites relating to the TrollTech C++ library Qt.

This can be sites with extensions to the Qt Toolkit, pages describing the use of the Toolkit or any other information that is related.

Please note that there are separate categories for the KDE Desktop Environment available here.
