Larian Studios, a Belgian game developer, created a game called Divine Divinity. Being good and well received, with a rich and well developed game world, this Action-RPG created a loyal following and therefore the Divinity brand. In 2002, Divine Divinity was released for Windows PCs. It was followed up by Beyond Divinity, released for Windows in 2004. Sites devoted to the franchise itself are located in the main category, where sites focussing on one individual game or game series are located in that game's or series' sub category.

Divine Divinity

Divine Divinity (formerly known as Divinity: Sword of Lies) is a single-character isometric RPG for the PC from Larian Studios, released for Windows PCs in 2002. This Action-RPG is another attempt in conquering Diablo's throne. This time, it's a Belgian developing studio who delivered a well received and high quality game which couldn't compete with Diablo's success, but created a loyal following, nonetheless.
