The Eye of the Beholder RPG series (EoB) by Westwood/SSI is one of the big second generation franchises of computer fantasy role-playing with Ultima, Wizardry and Might and Magic being the first generation. The three games in the series remain as another landmark in first person hack 'n slash roleplaying. Besides, they're all using the (Advanced) Dungeons & Dragons ruleset.
All three games are DOS games which did see some conversions for Amiga and consoles. Lately, a remake of the first part for the GameBoy Advance saw the light of day.
