Conditions and diseases prevalent to men are many and often go untreated. Such examples are impotence, decreased testosterone, prostate difficulties, penis size issues and other various sexual performance conditions and causes.
Acute or chronic inflammation of the epididymis, producing tenderness, pain in the groin, chills and fever. It may result from sexually transmitted disease, inflammation of the prostate, or urinary tract infection.
Impotence, or more properly Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is the inability to have an erection that is rigid enough or to maintain it long enough to complete sexual intercourse.
Three other conditions can cause an inability to complete sexual union:
Peyronie's Disease, in which scar tissue or plaque forms on the shaft of the penis causing it to bend at an acute angle. In extreme cases, this can result in an inability to penetrate even though an erection is present, and the erection can be very painful.
Phimosis, a condition in uncircumcised men in which the foreskin, or prepuce, cannot be retracted from the head of the penis. This can cause painful erections and attendant impotence.
Premature Ejaculation, is characterized by ejaculation either before or soon after penetration. Its causes can be either psychological or physical.
