World Languages

This category is for online dictionaries and useful vocabulary lists between different languages; English to non-English in most cases, and sometimes non-English to non-English languages so long as the sites are written in English (otherwise, have English options).

This category is for online dictionaries and useful vocabulary lists between different languages.

Sites offering dictionaries in three or more languages should be submitted to the Multilingual subcategory.

This category is only for dictionaries. Other websites about a specific world language should be submitted to the appropriate category in Language_and_Linguistics/Natural_Languages.

Translation software has its own separate category.

Sites offering online translation of paragraphs or web pages should be submitted to the Translation Engines category.

Sites written in a language other than English should be submitted to "World/(language name)" categories.

Multilingual

This category is for online translation dictionaries that cover three or more languages. To be listed, these lexicographic sites must be written in English or have English options.

Specialized sites (ranging from topical vocabularies to working-world references and multidisciplinary term banks) are collected in the Terminology subcategory.

This category is only for lexicographic works (i.e. dictionaries, glossaries, term banks, etc.). Please see the hyperlinked categories below for other language-related subjects.

Sites written in a non-English language should be submitted to World/(language name) categories.

Commercial sites will not be listed here.
