Białogard is a town in Middle Pomerania, northwestern Poland with 24,399 inhabitants (2004). The capital of Białogard County in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship since 1999, the town was previously in Koszalin Voivodeship (1950–1998). It is the most important railroad junction of the Middle Pomerania, with two major lines (Kołobrzeg - Piła and Gdańsk - Stargard Szczeciński) crossing there.

Choszczno is a town (population around 16.173) in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. The town is located in a marshy district between the river Stobnica (German: Stüdnitz) and Klukom lake (German: Klückensee), 32 km (20 mi) southwest of Stargard Szczeciński and on the main railway line between Szczecin and Poznań. Besides the Gothic church, there are a number of historical buildings from the 19th century industrial period namely, a gasification plant and a water pressure tower which dominates the town's skyline. Choszczno is the administrative centre of Choszczno County. The town was badly affected by the Second World War: 80% of its buildings were damaged or destroyed. The town was rebuilt and is now a center for local government of the Choszczno commune (Polish: gmina). Due to its microclimate the town has become a rehabilitation center for convalescing patients. The close proximity of the lakes has made it a tourist destination for water sports. Other tourist attractions are 'Wodny Raj' aqua park and Drawieński National Park, located 20 km (12 mi) to the east near the town of Drawno. Choszczno has a strong military tradition and is the home base for the 2nd Artillery Regiment which is part of the 12th Mechanised Division headquartered in Szczecin.

Drawsko Pomorskie is a town in Drawsko County in West Pomeranian Voivodeship in northwestern Poland, with 17,440 inhabitants. Originally inhabited by Slavs, the settlement was colonized by Germans during the Middle Ages. In 1945 it became part of Poland.

Goleniów is a town in Pomerania, northwestern Poland with 22,399 inhabitants (2004). It is the capital of Goleniów County in West Pomeranian Voivodeship (since 1999); previously it was in Szczecin Voivodeship (1975–1998). Kamień County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland, on the Baltic coast. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Kamień Pomorski, which lies 63 kilometres (39 mi) north of the regional capital Szczecin. The county contains four other towns: Międzyzdroje, 23 km (14 mi) west of Kamień Pomorski, Wolin, 19 km (12 mi) south-west of Kamień Pomorski, Dziwnów, 6 km (4 mi) north-west of Kamień Pomorski, and Golczewo, 21 km (13 mi) south-east of Kamień Pomorski. The county covers an area of 1,006.65 square kilometres (388.7 sq mi). As of 2006 its total population is 47,604, out of which the population of Kamień Pomorski is 9,134, that of Międzyzdroje is 5,436, that of Wolin is 4,878, that of Dziwnów is 2,949, that of Golczewo is 2,724, and the rural population is 22,483.

Łobez is a town in Poland, in West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is the capital of Łobez County, and has a population of 10,657 (2005). Łobez lies upon the Rega river.

Myślibórz is a city in north-west Poland, in West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is the capital of the Powiat of Myślibórz (powiat myśliborski). Population is 11,867.

Nowogard is a town in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Province) of northwestern Poland, with some 16,733 inhabitants (2004). Situated in the Goleniow County of West Pomeranian Voivodship (since 1999), previously in Szczecin Voivodship (1975–98). Nowogard is located 60 km to north-east from Szczecin and 55 km south of Baltic coast, near important communication route Szczecin – Koszalin – Gdańsk. 20 km from the city is the Goleniów airport, connecting to bigger cities of Poland and some cities of Western Europe. In Świnoujście (75 km away from Nowogard) there is a ferry port connecting it to Scandinavian countries.

Świdwin is situated in the historic Pomerania region on the left banks of the Rega river, about 100 km (62 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin and 44 km (27 mi) south of the Baltic coast at Kołobrzeg. As of 2007 the town has a population of 15,486.

Its population is more than 40 thousand inhabitants, as of January 2011. The city boundaries were expanded in 2009 to include Świątki and Trzesieka, a total area of 48.63 km2 (18.78 sq mi).

Wałcz is a county town in Wałcz County of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in northwestern Poland. During the years 1975 to 1998, the city was administratively part of the Piła Voivodeship. Granted city rights in 1303, Wałcz has become the administrative, industrial and cultural center of the Wałcz Lake District with the city itself situated on the banks of the Raduń and Zamkowe lakes. Wałcz is located in the southestern portion of West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
