This category lists builders and developers who have a demonstrable national scope.

Local builders and renovators should be suggested to their localities.

A bricks and mortar address on the website helps us to confirm the locality - and it''s a UK legal requirement anyway (Summary here). A vague statement about covering the home counties and a mobile phone number won''t suffice.

Directories

Directories of property and property related services that cover the whole of the UK.

Please submit only sites that cover the whole or most of the UK. Sites must be generic directories of property related information such as property for sale or general business property services.

Estate Agents

This category is only for estate agents with branches in multiple UK countries or are wholly internet based and serve the entire UK.

Most websites are listed in their localities. To be listed here, an organisation must have premises in several UK countries.Submissions that don't comply with this will be deleted.

For Sale by Owner

This category only lists websites advertising multiple homes for sale over the entire UK but nowhere else.

If you are not based in the UK, please submit in your own country.
For example, Spanish estate agents should submit here or in one of its subcategories.

Management

Property management companies with a UK wide scope.

Most property management companies should be listed in their localities.

Relocation

This category is not for companies offering only moving services but for those offering complete relocation services (which may including moving services). Companies offering only moving services should be submitted to Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Transport/Removal_Services/

Rental

Only submit here if your service is for people who live anywhere in the UK or contains listings for most of the UK. If it doesn''t please submit to your locality. eg Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/London/Business_and_Economy/Property/Rental/ Failure to comply is likely to cause lengthy delays - possibly infinite.
