Bottisham is a village and parish immediately east of the South Cambridgeshire parish of Stow cum Quy and: the Cambridge City boundary, on the A1303 to Newmarket.; Until there are separate categories, the South Cambridgeshire parishes of Little Wilbraham and; Great Wilbraham immediately south, are represented by the Fulbourn parish further south west.; Dullingham and Stetchworth are the next East Cambridgeshire parishes east of the A14, south of Newmarket.
