Waltham is a North East Lincolnshire parish south of the Scartho suburb of Grimsby on the A16.
The main conurbation of Waltham is to the west of the A16, but east of the A16 is a smaller conurbation of New Waltham,
which has its own parish. Both these are on the Unitary Authority boundary with East Lindsey parish of Holton-le-Clay.
New Waltham is separated from the east coast by the parish of Humberston.
