Winterslow is an east of Wiltshire parish, with the A30 taking road traffic from Salisbury to the
Hampshire border and Stockbridge in the Test Valley.
At the north east of the parish, Lopcombe Corner, the A30 forks north east along the A343 leading to Andover.
The parish includes the villages of Middle Winterslow and West Winterslow, and the hamlets of East Winterslow and The Common.
Porton Down is to the north, Firsdown is to the north west, the combined parish of
Pitton and Farley is to the west, and West Dean parish is to the south.
