The County of Grande Prairie is in the northwest region of Alberta. It includes the hamlets of Bezanson, Clairmont, Goodfare, La Glace, Teepee Creek, Valhalla Centre and Wedgewood, the Village of Hythe, and the towns of Beaverlodge, Sexsmith and Wembley.
