The United Counties of Prescott and Russell are located between Ottawa (to the West) and the Quebec border (to the East). It is made up of eight local municipalities: Clarence-Rockland, Casselman, Municipality of the Nation, Hawkesbury, Township of Alfred & Plantagenet, Township of Champlain, Township of East Hawkesbury, and Township of Russell.
