North Kingstown is a small town on the west side of Narragansett Bay. The town was incorporated in 1674. It includes nine villages, with the historic village of Wickford as the center of town and the seat of local government. Other villages include Davisville and Saunderstown. Quonset Point in North Kingstown was formerly the site of a naval base and is now the focus of industrial development.
Town on the northern border of the state of Rhode Island, in Providence County. Split off from Smithfield in 1871. Includes the villages of Forestdale and Slatersville.
