Please submit sites which are entirely in Spanish to the appropriate subcategory of World/Español.
If you are submitting a multilingual site here, please submit the page URL for the English language entry page.

You will notice that few sites are accepted at this level. We highly recommend that you browse through the sub-categories and look for a more specific location in which to place your site.

Submitting to the wrong category will delay your site''s placement in the Open Directory Project.

Multiple submissions, repeat submissions, submission of mirror sites and similar techniques, with the intention of ''forcing'' a higher placement on the directory are most unwelcome and unnecessary.
Such behavior will almost certainly delay, if not completely prevent, your submission being listed.(See the ODP terms of service).
The ODP is a HUMAN edited directory with the motto "Humans do it better" - all submissions are therefore reviewed and edited fairly so that all sites submitted are listed equally.

Listed in Embassies and Consulates categories are entities such as Embassies, Consulates, High Commissions, Permanent Representatives and de facto equivalents. Information on their formatting, and on the arrangement of related categories, can be found in the FAQ of Society: Government: Embassies and Consulates.

If the site covers sports in a country in South America please submit it to the country it concerns.

If your site is NOT in English, please do not submit it to this category.

Sites not in the English language and pertaining to multi-country regions of South American will NOT be listed.
