Reproductions

A reproduction refers to furniture made now in the same manner and style as antique furniture made at some time in history. Reproduction furniture is usually made and finished by hand in the same manner as, for example, in the 18th century. Reproduction furniture is often made using tools and techniques available at the time the original antique would have been made. This often results in a stronger, more durable, and more elegant piece of furniture than an equivalent factory made piece.

Retailers who do not offer online ordering should be submitted to Regional based on the location of their business.

Retailers who have a public showroom and offer online ordering may be submitted here and to their locality in Regional.

Seating

Includes sofas, couches, chairs and stools.
This category is reserved for sites that sell seating. Please refer to the guidelines before submitting a listing.

Southwestern

Southwestern design furniture from manufacturers direct or retail outlets providing pricing and an Internet ordering process.
Please be certain you have searched for the proper category before submitting the site. Please do not submit sites that are "Under Construction."

If the site is not in English, please submit it to the proper language category in World, preferably the equivalent Shopping: Home and Garden: Furniture category.

If your Website sells only to a limited geographic area or does not offer online ordering, submit it to the proper locality listing within Regional. Furniture product manufacturer''s sites should go to the Business: Industries: Manufacturing: Consumer Products area while sites that are predominantly wholesale should go to Business: Industries: Wholesale. Duplicate listings, other than in Regional and one other branch, will not usually be considered.

Storage

This category is for sites that sell modular or custom shelf or organizing systems for the home or office.

Tables

Table Shopping includes all type of tables which are available for purchase on the internet.
Sites selling just tables (kitchen, dining room, end tables, table legs, etc.) should be submitted here.

Unfinished

Unfinished furniture has been built, but is left unstained or unpainted so it can be finished to the buyer's desires.
Sites must offer shipping across a wide area; see the guidelines.
Websites about stores that offer only local shopping and delivery should be submitted to the proper location under Regional. By following these guidelines, you will enable the site to be listed sooner. Failure to follow the guidelines will result in delay and possible deletion of the submission.

Western

Manufacturers and retail stores selling Western and rustic style wood and iron furniture. All sites must have pricing and offer either online or telephone ordering.
