A weblog is a website which contains periodic, reverse chronologically ordered posts on a common webpage. Such a web site would typically be accessible to any internet user. An alternative term for such a weblog is blog. This category is for weblogs with links, commentary and personal journaling, and with titles starting with W.

Online diaries should be sent to: Arts: Online Writing: Journals: Personal. Please only submit sites with titles beginning with W. Weblogs satisfying this criteria but which are in languages other than English should be posted under the relevant language category.

Submitted sites consisting of test postings, blank pages, under construction notices, ad banners, holding pages, link farms and/or domain purchasing and selling tools will be deleted.

Periodic inspections of the sites are carried out by the editors of this category. Listed sites giving errors such as 404 Not Found or Bandwidth Exceeded will be checked again a couple of times before deletion. If blogs have moved, we will try our best to find new URLs and update them here. If names or titles have changed, blogs may be moved to another alphabetical section.

If your site has RSS or Atom feeds of your weblog content, they can also be added here separately. Don''t forget to label them appropriately.
