There is no such thing as a standard Presbyterian theology. Different denominations claiming the name Presbyterian have answered theological questions in different ways in different time periods. This category attempts to compile some of these different understandings in addition to cataloging some areas where many Presbyterians agree.

So much as is possible, this category should be inclusive of a number of different Presbyterian viewpoints on theological issues, though all ranges of the theological spectrum may not be covered due to lack of available content on the Web.

The General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church established the Theological Seminary at Princeton, New Jersey with the first classes beginning in August of 1812.
This category includes sites about Princeton Theological Seminary during its original era from 1812 through 1929 and its history, influence, professors, and students.
In the American South, the Reformed faith is found primarily in the mainline Presbyterian Church, although other denominations have held to the Reformed faith to a greater or lesser degree. The Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church still maintains the Reformed faith as set forth in the Westminster Standards. The Cumberland Presbyterians have rejected the doctrine of full predestination.
