A uniformed Anglican youth organisation, founded in 1891, offering fun and fellowship for boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 21. Headquarters at Wath-upon-Dearne in South Yorkshire, England, the Church Lads' and Church Girls' Brigade is parish-based throughout England, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. It also has overseas units in Newfoundland (Canada), Barbados, Bermuda, Saint Helena, South Africa and Kenya.

The present Girls' Brigade is an amalgamation, in 1964, of three different girls' organisations. These were the Girls' Brigade formed in 1893 at Sandymount, Ireland by Miss Margaret Lyttle. Its aim "the extension of Christ's Kingdom among girls", The Girls' Guildry formed in 1900, in Scotland, with the aim of helping girls to become mature Christian women and The Girls' Life Brigade formed in England. The motto was "to save life" and the aim "to help and encourage girls become responsible, self-reliant Christian women". Projects and companies in many parts of the world.

Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Young Life is a Christian youth organization with hundreds of chapters in the USA, as well as dozens of international chapters. Their mission is introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
