Kathryn Tickell - English folk musician and teacher, specialising in the Northumbrian pipes. She has worked with a wide range of musicians from all types and styles including Evelyn Glennie, John Surman, Andy Sheppard and Sting. In 1997 Kathryn founded the "Young Musicians' Fund", to help young people in the North East to realise their musical potential.
