Charles "Chip" Esten was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 9, 1965. He is the actor of successful films, including "The Postman", "Late Last Night", and "Thirteen Days". Chip continues to appear in the guest chair on the American version of "Whose Line is it Anyway".
