Anthony Head, known in the US as Anthony Stewart Head, is a British actor who gained notoriety during the late 80s and early 90s in a series of Nestle's coffee commercials, shown both in the US and UK. His stint as romantic lead in the Taster's Choice/Gold Blend adverts gained him some entry into Hollywood. Ultimately this led to a year as one of the leads in VR5, a science fiction series and finally to the character Giles in the ensemble cast of Joss Whedon's amazing "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." Currently Anthony commutes between US and UK filming Buffy's seventh season and working on projects in the UK which include the hilarious Britcom "Manchild."
