Oded Fehr was born in Tel Aviv, Israel and lived there until at the age of 18 he joined the Israel Navy. He served for 3 years before moving to Europe to pursue a business career. Oded discovered acting and attended the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Two months after he graduated, Oded was cast as Ardeth Bay in The Mummy. Oded's portrayal of Ardeth Bay caught the attention of women across the world and earned him a following.
