Norman Macdonald was born October 17, 1959 in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. He was a stand-up comedian in Canada during the 1980s, became a comedy writer in the early '90s and then a cast member on Saturday Night Live. He passed away September 14, 2021 from cancer.
