Each player needs his own deck, plus ten counters to represent the money in his bank The story is pretty simple: It's a City, and they Fight. The game is also simple: Each player's deck is composed of 50-60 cards, like Locations, Fighters, Weapons and Events. Players take turns bringing cards into play and using the cards they have in play. The object of the game is to run your opponent out of money.
