Boso View Express (also known as BVE or BVE Trainsim) is a Japanese freeware 3D computer generated graphics train driving cab view simulator. The original program was developed by Mackoy. There is a substantial number of third-party freeware add-ons available that model railway systems from around the world. openBVE is another freeware train driving simulator, which is also capable of running most of the third-party add-ons and has the added advantage of exterior views of the train (BVE is currently a "cab view only" simulator) and has been included here.
