Mayotte

Mayotte is the 101st department and an overseas region of France consisting of a main island, Grande-Terre, a smaller island, Petite-Terre, and several islets around them. They are part of the Comoros Islands, located in the northern Mozambique Channel in the Indian Ocean.
Mayotte's area is 374 km², with an estimated population of 194,000 people.
