In general, a district contains a number of localities, that are cross-linked to the appropriate city, town, township, and neighborhood communities in Localities categories.

Do note that districts boundaries used by bodies such as Electoral Commission, and Utilities Companies may differ slightly with respect to which localities should be in which districts.
