Hypnotherapy and NLP are related psychotherapeutic therapies. Hpnotherapy uses deep relaxation states to enable the unconscious deal positively with various issues such as pain and behavioural change. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is based on methods used by therapists Milton Erickson, Fritz Perls, and Virginia Satir among others. It is claimed that these methods can create fast change work, helping people resolve their problems painlessly.
